What is ChaseData Admin Application?

The ChaseData Admin Application is a tool call center owners, managers and supervisors can use to monitor, control and report on what is happening in their call center.



The Admin application covers a tremendous amount within our cloud based contact center solution so this article is going to give you a brief breakdown of the features and components of the application. After reviewing this article you should be able to navigate to the menu or tool you need without having to search around.


We are going to cover the Admin App main menu:




  • Live Dashboard = Monitoring your call floor through agent monitor, campaign statistics, line monitor and Inbound Dashboard.
  • Accounts = This is where you create and manage Agent accounts and Admin accounts on the system.
  • Campaigns = This is where you control your call center campaigns and the rules they adhere to.
  • Data Import = Here is where you can manually upload contacts into the system or DNC records.
  • Views = This is our search tool for contacts in the system. This tool can also be used to edit records as well.
  • Out Bound = This is the place you control what your out bound campaigns are calling. AKA list control.
  • Inbound = This is where you view or configure the Inbound features of your call center, IVR and Call Queues.
  • Channels = This is where you configure your internal chat channels.
  • Recordings = Here is where you go to listen to recordings on the system.
  • Reports = This is the report menu that holds all of ChaseData canned and any custom reports.

In the top right hand corner of your screen there is typically three dots that indicates additional tools.




Tools Menu:


  • What’s New = New Features and Future Updates
  • Scripts = Scripting tool to control mainly what your agents see on their screen during a call.
  • Skills = This is how you control agent workloads with agent skills.
  • Settings = This menu option is going to house the following settings:



  • Group Settings = Default system and campaigns settings.
  • Conference Numbers = You store custom conference numbers here for your agents to use.
  • Voice Settings = This is where you upload recordings for some of our outbound or hold features.
  • Integration = Simple integration with email, google, etc.
  • My CallerID = This tool will let you control with more specificity what callerid you are displaying and when.
  • No Call States = Simple and powerful tool to control with States you can call into.
  • Wipe App Settings = Reset settings to default.

  • Tools = This is going to be a collection of the following tools:




  • Check Duplicates = A duplicate checker on the system that will help you hunt duplicate contacts down on your system.
  • Recycle = A powerful contact record search to help you identify leads you want to recycle to be called again. ( recycle resets callstatus to blank and attempts to 0 )
  • DNC = This is the tool you can use as an admin to add 1 phone number manually or search for a phone number that would be on your internal DNC filter table. You can also export here as well.
  • Text Message = This is the tool the supervisors use to contact their agents.
  • Network Test = Perform a communications test with the server.

  • Appointment Manager = This is where you control your appointment scheduler shared by a campaign.
  • Support = This is going to bring up our support options:



  • Help Center = Brings you to support.chasedatacorp.com
  • Live Chat = This will open a live chat to ChaseData’s Support team.
  • Submit a Ticket = This is how you can easily submit a ticket to Support team.
  • Billing = This will bring you to your billing portal for your account.
  • Invoices = This will also bring you to your billing portal but bring up your Invoices.

  • Logout = Will log you out of the admin application as the current user. Will not close the application.
  • Exit = Closes the admin application entirely.
