One is going to be using the agent tool bar to click on search icon or by using quick search.
By choosing search here you will be presented a search window with quick search options including views and saved tabs. This feature will also grant you access to advanced search features which is best covered in our Admin article covering advanced searches and options.
This interface allows you edit views with the following options, we break down views in another article.
Once a lead is searched for you will be presented the lead itself with an optional expanding call history.
From this interface you also have the ability to right click and access additional features on the lead itself.
There is also additional options on the lead itself and display options within the search panel itself which you can access by right clicking on any white space or selected lead.
These options are pretty much literal naming for the function it performs. You can choose columns for the default columns you want to view if you want to limit the data pulled within the search itself.
Most of all these features are going to be covered thoroughly in our Admin article about advanced search but the main take away of this tool is that is it allows for accessing contacts or leads within the system more efficiently than using our next tool.
This is going to conclude this article covering the Search Tools within the ChaseData Agent Application.
