Using The Search Module In The ChaseData Admin Portal

Using The Search Module

The search module is one of the most powerful tools available in your arsenal. Here are some of the things it will allow you to do:
  • Search for records inside all of your campaigns
  • Move records to different campaigns/subcampaigns (as well as creating new subcampaigns to move leads to)
  • Edit all lead information (individual leads or mass lead update) as well as recycling leads
  • View call history of the selected lead
  • Post leads to an external CRM via HTTP POST (please reference this article for more information)
  • Export leads to a CSV, XLS, XML, HTML or PDF

To open the search module, simply click the "Views" button from your left menu.

Searching For Records
You have a couple of different options to find the records you would like to view:
Note: The Import date, last updated date, primaryphone and smart search options can be found in the additional search drop down.

The rest of the fields can be found by clicking the "Advanced Search" button. This will bring up a new window which contains more fields.

Moving/Editing
Once you have the leads you would like to move pulled up in the search module, you can either select leads individually or simply select all leads displayed by right clicking any record. (To delete leads click on "Delete All In Search" or "Delete Selected Lead(s)")

Once you've made your selection, a window on the right hand side will pop up. From here you can select the new campaign to move the records to. You will also be able to specify a new subcampaign or create a new one on the fly.

Once you've selected the new campaign/subcampaign, click on the save button. You will be prompted to confirm that you want to edit the selected leads. Once the operation is completed, you will get a success message.

In addition to moving records, you can also edit any information found in this window. All custom fields will be displayed toward the bottom.

Viewing Call History
To view the call history for a specific record, you first must have the record displayed.
Once you've searched for the record and have it popped up, click the + symbol to the left of the lead.
From there you will be able to see each call attempt placed for this specific lead. In addition, you will be able to right click on a call attempt (as long as the call was handed to an agent) and play the recording for the call.

Exporting Leads
Exporting leads is extremely simple. First you must have your records pulled up. Next, right click any record then select either "Export All In Search" or "Export Selected Lead(s)"
Then select the file format you wish to save the leads in.
