Using the Search Feature from the Agent Portal

From the Agent portal you can grant your agents access to a search feature, whether to search for only their own leads or to search for all records.

To access the search option the agent would select search.



Once the search feature is selected your agents will have access to perform several different searches options as well as having access to custom views (setup by the administrator)



From the Advanced Search option, agents can search by dates, campaigns, subcampaigns, rep name, call status, or any of the options listed below.

From this screen you will have access to all the fields associated with these records, you will have the ability to filter by any of the existing fields. You can also hit the plus sign next to each record and be able to see all interactions from this number, from there you can also listen to the recordings as well.
