Using The Recordings Module In The ChaseData Admin Portal

Using The Recordings Module

The recordings module has a couple of different features. You will be able to do the following within the module:
  • Play back recordings
  • Save recordings
  • Add a rating for the recording (5 star rating system)
  • Add notes for the agents to view on the recording

To access the recordings module, simply click on the "Recordings" button on the left menu.

Once the module loads up, you will be able to search using the following:
  • Campaign name
  • Agent username
  • Disposition
  • Call date/time
  • PrimaryPhone

Once you have the call recordings pulled up, you can simply right click and either click play or save. Recording playback happens within the admin app, you will have the option to skip and also adjust the volume within the app.

In addition to recording play back, you are also able to rate calls and leave notes for the agents to read.
To rate a call, simply click on the desired number of stars you wish.

To insert a note that will be viewable by the agent, click on the notes icon. A window will pop up that will allow you to enter the notes and also notify the agent of the note you've added.

Note: For the agent to be notified of the notes you've entered, you must enable the "Notify Agent About Recording" option.
