Using No Call States From the Admin Portal

Using No Call States

The No Call States module will allow admins to quickly do the following:
  • Disable states from being dialed by the entire account or by specific campaigns
  • Disable states from being imported into the system
  • Disable specific area codes from being dialed or imported

To access the No Call States module, first click the 3 dots on the top right hand corner of the admin app.

Then go to settings -> No Call States

Once the module loads up, click on "Click here to add new item"
If you would like to specify an area code, select (or type) it from the drop down. If you would rather do an entire state, click the state cell and select the state from the drop down.

Next, you will need to specify whether or not this should be for a specific campaign or all campaigns. If you would like to apply this rule to all campaigns, then simply leave the drop down empty from within the campaign cell.

Finally, you have the options to enable the rule during the import process and also to block these numbers from being dialed by the system.
  • Active During Import: This will scrub the lists you are uploading. The numbers that match the no call state rules will not be imported
  • Active On Outbound Calls: This will stop the system from dialing records that exist in your database already.
