Setting up an Agentless Dialing Campaign

The agentless dialing feature would be used if you are looking to do a press one campaign or a broadcast campaign. If you just want a message to play that is fine, if you want this message to connect to an agent you will have to use the following options in your prerecorded message. Press One to be connected to an agent. Press Three for Not Interested, Press Five for DNC and Press Zero for VoiceMail option, these options should be added to any prerecorded message that you would like to go to an agent for Agentless Dialing (Virtual Dialing).

You will want to setup an Agentless Campaign first, go to Campaigns and then Create and Manage.



The second step is to go to the campaign you would like to make Agentless, double click on the campaign to pull up campaign profile, from here you would select Campaign Type, you will see a drop down be sure to select Virtual Outbound, see below.



The next step is to select the three dots in the right hand corner of your admin screen and select Settings, and then Voice Settings.



Once selected you will be directed to Outbound Voice prompts from here all you need to do is either add a new MP3 recording or edit an existing one, you will select Abandoned Call Message to add an agentless recording after hitting enter you are all set, see below.
