Logging in and choosing a campaign on the Chase Data system

Logging in and choosing a campaign

To log in, first by either running the agent application (blue icon) from your desktop or from within your start menu. It is important to note that you should already have your headset plugged into your PC before you run the Agent application.

From there, you will be able to enter your username and password (both of which are case sensitive).

Once you click on "Login", you will be able to select the campaign you wish to log into. Click the drop down to show all available campaigns, select your campaign then click on "Connect"

On the next screen, it is important to pay attention to what is displayed in the "Agent Status" section. If you application remains on "Connection Established", make sure your firewall is not blocking the app and make sure your headset is plugged in.

When the Agent Status changes to "Waiting for Call" you have been logged in successfully and are ready to make/receive calls.
