Function Enhancement: Peer Agents Presence & State

Operational Function Enhancement

Peer Agents Presence & State

ChaseData CCaaS has expanded its features and capabilities once again; the latest release includes the ability for Agents to see the Presence and State of Peer Agents when attempting to Transfer a call, and in general on their Phone Dial Pad.

When the Agent opens the pull-down menu to select who to transfer a call, the list menu now includes agent names and pictures, together with their current states, e.g. Available, Offline, On Call, Busy, etc.; the agent picture is color-coded to correspond to the Presence and State, making it easy to spot.

This same behavior occurs when the Agent opens the Phone Dial Pad and moves to the Contacts tab.
