Beginning with version 1.40.76 of our admin application users, will now have the ability to automatically set records as non-callable after a desired number of attempts.
Setting A Max Attempt
To configure a record to become non-callable after a certain number of attempts, navigate to Campaigns -> Dispositions -> Create & Manage.
Once you've navigated to the Dispositions module, you will have the ability to either add or edit an existing disposition with a max attempt. For this example we will edit an exiting disposition.
Simply double click the cell that says "0 attemp(s)" under the "NonCallable After" column for the desired disposition. Next, add an attempt into the field, then press the enter key to save.
Once configured, this will tell the system to check the current attempt of the record the agent dispositioned and if it meets or exceeds the set number of attempts, then it will make the record non-callable.
